request about issue of invitation for foreign citizen for labor activity performance is submitted; foreign citizen arrived to the workplace or place of temporary residence; foreign citizen got the permission for work; new labor contract or contract of civil type for performance of work (rendering of service) were concluded with foreign citizen in Russian Federation. Secondary notification also should be sent in tax inspection within ten days in the following cases:
performance is ceased or permit is withdrawn on engaging and use of expatriate employees; performance is ceased or permit is withdrawn on work of foreign citizen registered as individual entrepreneur; permit is withdrawn on work of foreign citizen. |
